崗位說明： 1. Develop new business including channels, customers/distributers in the flooring business industriesto fullfil sales targets 負(fù)責(zé)地坪產(chǎn)品客戶的開發(fā)，銷售和執(zhí)行工作，完成銷量指標(biāo) 2. To evaluate and integrate distributors, retain and motive those good performers but fading out poor performers, to keep reasonable numbers of distributors 對區(qū)域內(nèi)的經(jīng)銷商進(jìn)行有效的整合，并優(yōu)勝劣汰，保持一定數(shù)量多經(jīng)銷商群 3. Daily visit of customers/distributors, consulting and learning cusotmer needs, to provide necessary sales support as required by the customers 日常的客戶拜訪，咨詢和了解客戶的需求，給客戶提供一定的有效的銷售支持。 4. To provide weekly report on customers situation, progress of communicaiton and selling, to provide tailor-made supporting/coordinating plans to keep good communication and hit targets 每周匯報給公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所管轄區(qū)域內(nèi)客戶的情況，并針對不同的客戶做出不同的計(jì)劃，進(jìn)行合理的溝通協(xié)調(diào)。 5. To fulfil, implement daily tasks such as reporting, documents, information sharing, and other items as required by the superior and the company 完成公司及上級主管要求的日常工作如相關(guān)報告、文件、信息等及相關(guān)其它項(xiàng)目。 任職要求： 1. Relevant working experience in flooring business and has relevant sales resources, experience in leading a team is required 有地坪及相關(guān)行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)（懂地坪施工者優(yōu)先），有一定經(jīng)銷商資源者優(yōu)先 3. Strong communicaiton skills, especially negotiation skills, Team working 要求有很強(qiáng)的溝通能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力強(qiáng) 4. Microsoft Office, word, excel, PPT etc.熟練使用Office軟件 5. Construction certificates （Prefer） 建筑相關(guān)證書者優(yōu)先 備注：此崗位Base在濟(jì)南或者青島
